At Swiss Arabian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we can only accept products in their original, sealed packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item
Send your return back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery and processing of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
